Red Carpet Green Dress (RCGD) was founded in 2009 by former model and actress Suzy Amis Cameron to raise awareness of the devastating impact of the fashion industry on the environment. Each year, RCGD hosts a design competition that challenges designers and students worldwide to create garments using environmentally and socially responsible fabrics.

In 2016, I submitted an application to RCGD’s competition. After reviewing and selecting my entry, RCGD sponsored my internship at Vivienne Westwood’s couture department. Weekly reflections of my studio work and time living in London can be read, below:
